A member of the National Black MBA Association® Chicago Chapter since 2018, Morgan Dania Waller is a young emerging executive that graduated from a unique school in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Northern Michigan University as known as (NMU). She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Morgan currently works for S&P Global and was recently elected by the community to serve as the youngest and the only African American woman on the school board for Thornton Fractional School District 215. She serves as Chairman of the equity committee working to bring fairness to the district. Morgan was also appointed as the Membership Director for the Chicago Chapter of the NBMBAA® and accepted a prestigious award as Top 100 Emerging Leader Award of 2019 for Diversity MBA Magazine.

She is empowered to lead in all fields related to business, government and nonprofit. Her purpose is to help create better opportunities through collaboration between community leaders, business owners and organizations. What makes Morgan unique is her ambition and drive to challenge the status quo of a young black woman merging politics and business in today’s society.
