What is NBMBAA Premier Status.

The National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) Institute’s “Premier Status” program is a 12-week, invitation-only, hybrid initiative aimed at executive-level professionals, particularly at the Director level and above.

The program offers an MIT powered experience with a focus on leadership development and professional branding. Graduates are added to exclusive networks with elite high-level opportunities and access to signature events, positioning them for transformative leadership and career advancement.

To participate in this program, you must have:

  • Current membership with NBMBAA®
  • Currently in a Director-level or above position
  • 10 + years experience in a senior manager’s role
