No, the fall Conference will have an in-person option only.
Corporate Partners will post job and pre-screen résumés for interviews this summer. Your best chance for interviews is to make sure your information is up to date when companies begin searching.
Visit the NBMABA Job Board as soon as you register or follow the link on your registration confirmation to visit the NBMBAA Career Success Network® job board, upload your current résumé, apply for current jobs and contact employers. Conference Job Match opens July 1, so don’t delay.
No, but we highly recommend you post it as soon as possible if you are job seeking. Recruiters will be looking at candidates all summer.
Without posting your résumé, employers will not be able to find you to offer pre-scheduled interviews. You will still be able to upload your résumé for consideration closer to the event, but you will not have interviews set up in advance and will have to rely on whatever chats/interviews you can secure on the fly during the event days. We highly recommend posting your résumé or curriculum vitae as soon as possible.
Housing will open in April. Premier registrants will have early access to book rooms.
NBMBAA® provides preferred hotel rates through our official housing provider, Event Advisory Group. Booking through the official Conference housing link ensures discounted rates, verified reservations, access to official transportation and protection from housing scams.
At the latest, we recommend arriving as early as possible on Wednesday, September 23 and departing no earlier than Saturday, September 26. Though if you can, you may want to stay through Sunday to enjoy some time in L.A.
If planning to attend Wednesday programs like the NBMBAA Leadership Institute® or if you want time to work on resume review and interview prep and attend sessions, we recommend arriving on Tuesday, September 22 to be able to attend the full day of programming on Wednesday.
It’s not required, but we recommend it for three reasons:
- Block hotel rooms include shuttle transport
- Rooms are at pre-negotiated rates, so you will save over public rates.
- Rooms are guaranteed and protected, and you have access to on-site service if there’s ever a problem.
