The Black MBA Community is the official digital platform for our growing network of 12,000 members of the National Black MBA Association® (NBMBAA®), designed to bring our national network together in one connected space. Built to support collaboration, engagement, and professional growth, the platform serves as the central hub where members can interact, share ideas, and stay connected to the broader NBMBAA® ecosystem throughout the year.

Our coaches are all ICF certified and carry between 15-25 years of business experience.

Become a Certified Coach
The Coach Training Intensive from the CaPP Institute™ is a high-impact, ICF-accredited 3 day coach training experience designed to equip professionals with foundational coaching skills that drive performance, resilience, and transformation. Over three immersive days, participants build actionable coaching competencies rooted in positive psychology research and practice, enabling them to confidently support others through powerful questioning, accountability, and growth-oriented conversations.
This intensive experience blends hands-on coaching labs, live demonstrations, and real-world application, so learners practice coaching from day one.
Graduates earn ICF-approved training hours that satisfy prerequisite requirements for advanced certification pathways (including the Certified Personal & Executive Coach program), and leave with the confidence, tools, and frameworks to facilitate meaningful change in teams, leaders, and individuals.
