Sharita Spruill currently holds the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Southwire. In this role, Sharita leads the Talent Acquisition function to include full cycle recruitment, vendor management, and college programs. Sharita began her career in Human Resources in 2004 while living overseas in Germany and working for the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE). She has held various positions in the Human Resources field over the last two decades at government and corporate levels for both start-up and well-established organizations. She joined Southwire in March of 2022 in her current position.
Sharita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management along with a Bachelor’s in Sociology. Sharita is very passionate about helping others achieve their best. She fosters and cultivates this passion through mentorship, advocacy, and support. Sharita is inspired daily by her husband, Travis of 22 years and their two children, Jaiden and Lailah. In her free time, Sharita likes to travel to make new memories with her family and play tennis.
