Founded in May 1989, the vision and mission of the Dallas Ft. Worth Chapter is to be an organization which leads in the creation of economic and intellectual wealth and to be the organization of choice for African Americans.
The DFW Chapter boasts membership of 350+ professionals. We work to facilitate connections and growth opportunities between DFW African American professionals, corporations and community through an integrated 360 approach. We deliver monthly programming designed to meet the needs of our membership and the community at large.

The DFW Chapter was founded in May 1989. Our mission is to facilitate connections and growth opportunities between DFW African-American professionals, corporations, and the community through an integrated 360° approach. We serve to:

  • Provide innovative programs to stimulate their intellectual and economic growth
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders who help facilitate this growth
  • Increase awareness and facilitate access to graduate education programs and career opportunities in management field
