Central Florida Chapter History
Incorporated in 1999 as a 501(c)(3) organization, the Central Florida Chapter of the National Black MBA Association has been a cornerstone of professional growth and development for over two decades. Serving members with undergraduate, and graduate degrees in business, as well a business professionals and entrepreneurs the chapter reaches across nine counties—Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia—and extends its influence throughout North Florida and the Panhandle.
The chapter is dedicated to fostering economic opportunity through three key initiatives: 1) delivering cutting-edge professional development programs, 2) forging strategic partnerships, and 3) expanding our influential network of relationships. These efforts are guided by our 5 Channels of Engagement, which target the critical areas where Black businesses, professionals, and communities benefit most from our leadership and support.
Under the leadership of Chapter President Camille Dixon, the Central Florida Chapter remains committed to empowering professionals through impactful programming and meaningful connections. Whether you’re new to the chapter, new to the area, or looking to join a dynamic community of like-minded professionals, Camille and her team are here to welcome you.
