Rebekah Sharpe is a dynamic, versatile speaker known for her ability to pivot seamlessly between audiences, tones, and settings — never losing her authenticity along the way. A University of Michigan graduate and 14-year veteran of Ford Motor Company, she currently serves as Senior Manager in the Customer Service Division. In 2023, she was appointed Global Chair of the Ford Interfaith Network, championing peacemaking through empathy, education, and empowerment worldwide.
Ordained as a Minister in 2018, Rebekah is the author of two faith-based books, Millennial Transformations and Truths from The Throne. In 2021, she and her father, Luis, were elected NFL Hall of Fame Ambassadors, supporting families impacted by substance misuse and behavioral health issues. It was here that her gift for reading a room and shifting gears in real time truly shined: emceeing high-energy fundraisers one moment, moderating thought-provoking panels the next, and hosting red-carpet interviews with notable guests, always in service of reducing stigma and transforming culture.
Whether she’s commanding a corporate stage, leading intercessory prayer, sharing her story of turning wounds into wisdom, or co-hosting Sharpe Talk with unscripted candor, Rebekah moves fluidly between worlds, meeting every audience exactly where they are.
Following her father’s sudden passing in 2025, she carries his legacy forward: being a winner is a mindset — a relentless pursuit of excellence, courage to overcome challenges, and an indomitable spirit that refuses to be defeated.
