Meet the Experts: Work in the World of Luxury Retail

As Senior Manager of Global Gifting & Brand Animation at Fresh, Tressan leads and implements launch, strategy and 360 marketing execution for global giftsets, limited editions and local market collateral.

She has deep brand management, retailer marketing, and analytical experience across a variety of channels and markets. Prior to her role at Fresh, she was Senior Brand Manager – Cosmetics at Walgreens Boots Alliance in New York and led the launch and strategy for Sleek cosmetics in the US and Canada at key retailers such as ULTA, Walgreens and Target.   Prior to Walgreens Boots Alliance, Tressan spent six years at Softsheen Carson, a division of L’Oreal USA with a focus on retailer marketing – working with retailers and distributors like Walgreens, Target, CVS and Jinny Beauty Distributors.  She began her career at Georgia Pacific Corporation as a trade analyst and  ended her six year tenure there as Associate Manager of Insights & Innovation.

Tressan holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Earl Graves School of Business at Morgan State University.  She was born and raised in Norwalk, Connecticut and currently resides in Connecticut with her family.  Tressan is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated and sits on the board of HELP Inc, a local non-profit that prepares students for college.  She is a volunteer for New York Cares and a member of Cosmetic Executive Women.  Tressan enjoys mentoring, music and spending quality time with family and friends.
