Vina Morris is a technology executive, AI strategist, and transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate technological and organizational change. As the Head of Technology and Security at a national nonprofit, she leads enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data governance, responsible AI adoption, and digital transformation. She developed the organization’s AI strategy, governance framework, and enterprise AI literacy program, equipping teams to use emerging technology safely and effectively. Vina is also President of the Metro New York Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, where her leadership platform is centered on Vision, Intention, and Innovation. She is Founder and President of AfroPink, Inc. and Founder and CEO of She Enterprises LLC.
