Leland Baptist is a Professor of Information Systems at UNC Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business and Economics, entrepreneur, consultant, and strategist specializing in artificial intelligence, automation, marketing, and business systems. He earned his Global Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and holds degrees in Economics and Agricultural Business from North Carolina A&T State University. Baptist has worked with organizations including Cisco, International Paper, Verizon Digital Ready, and the National Black MBA Association. His work focuses on helping leaders and organizations navigate technological disruption, build intelligent systems, and prepare people for the rapidly evolving future of work.
