Kimelyn Harris is Head of Small Business Growth Philanthropy at the Wells Fargo Foundation, one of the largest corporate foundations in the U.S. She leads initiatives that expand access to capital, networks, and knowledge for under-resourced small businesses, advancing economic mobility and community vitality. Kimelyn partners across Wells Fargo and with external organizations to drive sustainable, high-impact change.
With over two decades of leadership experience at Bank of America, Kimelyn held roles in philanthropy, risk and compliance, CRA, client services, and operations. She led a five-year strategy to promote social equality and economic opportunity across nearly 100 markets, developed metrics for impact, and launched a groundbreaking health equity collaboration. Her work also enhanced employee engagement and streamlined grantmaking processes.
Kimelyn’s expertise spans product development and process improvement across Consumer, Small Business, Corporate, and Investment Banking. She lives in Charlotte, NC, and serves on the Board of Advisors for Crittenton, supporting health and social services for women and children.
