Hayseworth Hylton is a results-oriented risk professional with over 20 years of expertise in Banking and Capital Markets. He has a proven track record of strengthening control environments, developing and retaining talent, improving regulatory relationships, and implementing strategic plans and risk-based methodologies.
In 2023, Hayseworth joined the Commercial Risk organization as MVP of Risk Management, providing strategic and tactical guidance in managing non-credit risks, including operational, regulatory, and reputational risk.
Previously, Hayseworth served as Vice President of Commercial and Retail Bank Audit at Capital One and as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Banking and Markets Internal Audit at HSBC for the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. He also held leadership roles at UniCredit Group, MUFG, and Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services in London.
Hayseworth holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the UK. He is also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
