Dwayne Dixon is Founder and Managing Principal of Dwayne Dixon International (DDI), an advisory firm helping executives, boards, and organizations navigate AI strategy, governance, and ethical leadership.
With more than four decades of experience in enterprise technology and business transformation, he has held leadership roles at IBM, Xerox, Unisys, and Microsoft, where he most recently served as Executive Director for Financial Services and advised major banks and fintech companies on AI adoption and digital transformation.
He holds a B.S. from Southern Illinois University, completed executive education in Disruptive Innovation at Harvard Business School, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Leadership and Innovation at Luther Seminary.
An ordained minister, Dwayne serves as an Associate Minister at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Minneapolis and is active in several national business, civic, and fraternal organizations.
