Dwayne Dixon

Dwayne Dixon is an AI practitioner, executive advisor, and founder of Dwayne Dixon International (DDI), a consultancy dedicated to helping organizations embed ethics into their AI strategy and digital transformation. With more than four decades of leadership in enterprise technology, he brings a rare blend of corporate experience, technical expertise, and values-driven leadership to the most urgent conversations of the AI age.

Dwayne’s career includes senior roles at IBM, Xerox, Unisys, and most recently Microsoft, where he served as Executive Director for Financial Services. There, he advised large banks and fintech companies on AI adoption and Implementation. He is also an ordained minister and serves on staff as an Associate Minister at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Minneapolis.

As founder of DDI, Dwayne created the Bridging the Code™ framework, which maps Harvard’s Ethical Leadership Principles to Microsoft’s Responsible AI Principles. This blueprint translates abstract values into operational strategies that strengthen culture, reduce risk, and build trust.

Dwayne holds a B.S. from Southern Illinois University, an Executive Certificate in Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School, and a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. 

Dwayne is a proud member of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity and 100 Black Men of America.
