With 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, she has built a career at the intersection of business strategy, technology, customer experience, and innovation, grounded in her philosophy of “Cultivating Experience into Innovation.”
A graduate of the Howard University School of Business, D. Boykin brings a unique perspective to leadership, shaped by a career spanning corporate leadership, AI innovation, entrepreneurship, and community service. She draws on decades of business and automotive expertise to identify where emerging technologies can address real-world challenges, reimagine processes, empower people, and unlock new possibilities across the enterprise and automotive retail ecosystem.
D. Boykin is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, serving as 2nd Vice President of the Iota Sigma Omega Chapter and as a member of the Graduate Advisor Council for the Delta Chi Chapter at Western Michigan University. She also serves as Treasurer of The Pearls of Impact, Service & Opportunity Foundation, furthering her commitment to leadership, mentorship, service, and creating meaningful impact in her community.
