Carlene Bills is a longtime leader at Ford Motor Company, where she serves as Global Brand Operations Director. In this role, she is responsible for fostering creativity and operational efficiency across diverse global teams. Prior to this role, she served as President & CEO of Ford Component Sales, LLC, a wholly owned Ford subsidiary aligned with the Ford Customer Service Division. She is widely regarded as a global leader in transformation, with a career that has spanned Ford’s worldwide operations.
Carlene holds a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Michigan University and an MBA in Business Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. She has also earned IDEO certifications in Storytelling, Creative Collaboration, and Leading for Creativity.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carlene is deeply committed to developing the next generation of talent. She serves as a STEM collegiate recruiter for Ford and has been featured in the company’s STEM outreach efforts.
