C.J. McKinney is a Compliance Program Manager with Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), specializing in ethics, workplace investigations, organizational risk, and building cultures where employees feel empowered to speak up and be heard.
Beyond her professional role, C.J. is passionate about community engagement, mentorship, and creating opportunities for others to connect and grow. She serves as Community Officer for DFA’s Mosaic employee resource group, helping lead initiatives that strengthen communities and turn ideas into action.
C.J. holds a B.S. in Political Science, a B.A. in Human Resource Management, and an M.A. in Organizational Development. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
