Brian Wesley

Brian Wesley is a certified diversity and inclusion practitioner, talent strategist, and thought leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping how organizations attract, develop, engage, and retain talent. His expertise spans the full talent lifecycle, from university recruiting and early-career development to executive recruitment, workforce planning, and succession strategy. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing recruiting teams, led internship and rotational leadership programs, strengthened employer brands and employee value propositions, and developed strategic partnerships that expand access to talent and accelerate business results.

Brian has also developed and implemented global inclusion strategies, employee resource groups, councils, and community partnerships. His approach connects talent, culture, and business strategy to create workplaces where employees can contribute, grow, and thrive. At Ford, he leads the External Partnerships & Event Activation strategy, along with providing leadership oversight of Ford’s Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

He holds advanced degrees from Cornell University and the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He is also a proud alumnus of Tennessee State University.
