Larry Clay has been a member of the Memphis Chapter since 2012 and is the Founder/Managing Director of Flourishing Designs + Innovations (FDI). Currently, he is on a trajectory to finish and defend his dissertation Spring 2021, and graduate with his Ph.D. in Management- Designing Sustainable Systems. Since 2013, Larry has worked with the NBMBAA’s Annual Graduate Case Competition.
