NBMBAA Gold Key Access® Breakout: The Art of Change Management

Jasmin is an award-winning marketing leader with a unique blend of brand management, entertainment marketing and strategy agency experience.

A marketer who received her training at The Coca-Cola Company, she believes that her brand management roles on the Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, and DASANI brands – coupled with her stint at a boutique strategy agency – helped to shape her strategic, business management and creative skill sets. She then leveraged her experience to transition to Entertainment Marketing at the The Coca-Cola Company.During that time, she managed some of the Company’s largest Entertainment partnerships – including American Idol, American Music Awards, The Oscars, and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. After a 7-year tenure, she moved to Seattle to lead the Entertainment Marketing Team at T-Mobile. While there she led the naming rights sponsorship and creative development process for the recently-opened T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV; developed T-Mobile’s first-ever Gaming platform; and identified, negotiated and managed T-Mobile’s talent and partnership portfolio, inclusive of short/long-term talent partners Justin Bieber, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Zedd, Tiesto, and DJ Khaled; strategic partners Dick Clark Productions, Live Nation, SFX and AEG; and 35 music and celebrity influencers.

Currently, Jasmin leads consumer marketing for the Belvedere Vodka brand in the U.S., part of the leading luxury group LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton. In this role, she is responsible for strategy, media, digital, social, partnerships, PR and events. She has spearheaded award-nominated content partnerships with The New York Times and Vice; led sponsorships at The Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Vanity Fair Oscars Week, Harpers Bazaar ICONS, Coachella, SXSW and NYFW; and developed media and event programming that has increased consumer engagement with the brand.

Jasmin has a BS from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
