About the School
The Full-Time MBA Program at the Kelley School of Business offers a superior personal and professional development experience, rich in personalized career coaching, leadership growth opportunities, and real-world learning. It’s a formula that enables students to dramatically change and become the best versions of themselves. The foundation of the Kelley MBA experience begins with our innovative integrated curriculum that combines vital business skills and real-world learning. That curriculum is taught by our world renowned faculty – ranked in the top 10 for Best Professors by Princeton Review in 2018. At the same time, our dedicated career services team – ranked #2 by the Financial Times in 2017 – focus on individualized attention and personal growth to provide a world-class, one-on-one approach to executive career coaching and leadership development.
While our focus is on personalized attention, our scope is global: in addition to many opportunities to study abroad through our partnering student exchange program, we also offer intense and immersive global leadership experiences through our GLOBASE initiative, which combines business and social enterprise in many diverse locations. Students work with clients remotely across many weeks to understand challenges and goals. Then they work in country with the client for a one-week, on-the-ground engagement, to provide business plans and solutions. The benefits at Kelley continue long after graduation: our students are part of the largest living business school alumni network in the world, with more than 112,000 business professionals and leaders at top companies around the world.
