2022 COVID-19 PROTOCOLS - FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is looking at my documents for verification?
- Our event and health personnel will review documents and approve them.
How long does it take for my vaccine card to be verified?
- In the 2 weeks prior to the event, we’ll be reviewing every few days.
- During the event week, we’ll be approving in real-time.
Do I need to have a COVID Booster for my vaccine card to be accepted?
- No, but again, we’d strongly recommend a booster if you would like to receive one.
Why might a vaccine card be rejected?
- If it’s not legible or doesn’t show evidence of a completed 1-dose or 2-dose regimen.
Do I really need to do this in advance?
- YES. We strongly recommend doing this as soon as you can. Why? So you can be approved and avoid delays entering the building. It is the way to ensure you will not be stuck in a line trying to verify your information.
What do I do when I arrive?
- Each morning, you’ll receive a prompt to answer questions about how you’re feeling that day. Once you complete that (assuming you are feeling well), your green checkmark will appear. Have that ready to show on your phone before entering the building.
- Please note that this will be in effect 9/28-9/30. If you arrive on 9/27, we will not have checkpoints, but you will be asked to show your green checkmark to collect your badge.
What if my test is positive?
- You will not be able to attend the event. Contact us via conference@nbmbaa.org so we may assist you.
