Georgetown University Collegiate Partnership Scholarships

About the School

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business is offering merit-based (full or partial) tuition scholarships and an opportunity to become part of Georgetown McDonough’s National Black MBA Association® Fellow Class. Georgetown McDonough aims to continue to enhance diversity in business education through the NBMBAA® Fellow Class and providing a named distinction opportunity. 

Details of the Georgetown McDonough National Black MBA fellowship include:

  • Free registration into the 2019 NBMBAA® Conference valued at $550.
  • National Black MBA Association® swag.
  • Act as a liaison between the local NBMBAA® chapter and peers at the Georgetown McDonough School of Business.
  • Attend at least 2 events per academic year hosted by the local NBMBAA® chapter.

Help to promote Georgetown McDonough and the National Black MBA Association® to prospective MBA candidates.

Criteria

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Applicants must be a member of NBMBAA®.
  • Applicants must be applying to enter their first year of business school in the Full-time or Flex MBA programs.
  • Applicants must submit two applications – one through NBMBAA® and one through the Georgetown University MBA application portal. For candidates who chose to apply to Georgetown McDonough through the Consortium, they should submit both their Consortium application and the application through NBMBAA®.
  • Applicants must meet Georgetown McDonough MBA admissions criteria which can be found on the Georgetown MBA website.

 

Deadline

Submit your applications to National Black MBA Association® and Georgetown/Consortium by the stated round deadlines: Georgetown MBA Round 1 Deadline: October 9; Round 2: January 7; Round 3: April 1; Round 4: May 1. Please visit the Consortium website to find their deadlines, if applying through the organization.
