Breakout Session: Education & Workforce Policy – Negotiating a Job Offer

Diane M. Antishin is vice president of Human Resources Operations and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for DTE Energy (NYSE: DTE), a Detroit based diversified energy company involved in the development and management of energy related businesses and services nationwide.

Prior to joining DTE Energy, Antishin was the director of labor relations at American Axle & Engineering, Inc., also holding leadership roles in operations and manufacturing. In all, her career as a human resources professional spans over 25 years in the utility and automotive industries. Antishin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Wayne State University. She has also attended the Ross School of Business Executive Education program at the University of Michigan and is a graduate of Leadership Oakland.

Antishin is a member of the HR Policy Association, serving on the labor relations advisory and employment rights committees, and is a member of the board of governors for the American Health Policy Institute. She also serves on the Conference Board Council of U.S. D&I Executives and the board of directors for the American Society of Employers, the Haven-Oakland Foundation, and the board of visitors for the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business. She draws inspiration from her favorite quote: “We see the world not as it is, but as we are.”
