About the School
About Thunderbird School of Global Management
Founded in 1946, Thunderbird School of Global Management operates in partnership with Arizona State University. Thunderbird offers several internationally focused undergraduate and graduate business degrees and certificates for professionals to choose from. The Master of Global Management degree program includes elements of a traditional MBA, but is designed for students interested in becoming global leaders.
Professionals in need of flexibility can complete the Master of Global Management program online. Those with experience can complete the Executive MGM program, which is designed for mid-level and senior executives and consists mainly of weekend sessions in Arizona.
Besides academics, the school is also involved in projects such as Thunderbird for Good, which helps men and women from emerging markets, such as Afghanistan and Indonesia, learn business skills.
