Andrea Hargrave

Andrea Hargrave is a senior management professional with proven ability to create and execute global strategies for corporations.  In the course of 20 years, Andrea has worked for Deloitte Consulting, USG Corporation and iN-Hale Entertainment.  She is now a Global Director, Business Operations within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Technology Solutions Department.  Andrea’s role is responsible for integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, as well as creating processes for activities with Legal, Procurement, Finance and HR.  Additionally she serves as the Executive Director of the Cushman & Wakefield Charitable Foundation and is the Chair of BUILD, the Black employee resource group (Blacks United In Leadership And Development).  A graduate of Oberlin College with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, she is also a certified Project Management Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  Andrea’s volunteer activities include the Alumni Leadership Council at Oberlin, Church Council Chair of St. Mark United Methodist Church and various roles at the Merit School of Music.  A proud mother of two, she enjoys board games, traveling and aspires to be a sommelier.
