Artificial intelligence is reshaping not only how organizations operate, but how leaders exercise judgment, delegate authority, and remain accountable for consequential outcomes. In this immersive Leadership Studio, participants step into the executive team of a hypothetical organization facing a series of increasingly complex AI-enabled decisions. Working with peers, they will weigh strategic opportunity against risk, determine where human judgment must remain, examine stakeholder consequences, and defend their decisions amid ambiguity. Through table deliberation, competing perspectives, and facilitated synthesis, participants will strengthen the questions, reasoning, and leadership discipline required to govern AI responsibly in their organizations.
